An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/3/2024 and concluded on 7/3/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/25/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
