Comments:
An initial monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/17/2023. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with Caregiver. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the provider did not meet all of the criteria on the health and safety checklist at the time of the initial evaluation. Evidence: The provider did not have a thermometer to measure the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will obtain a thermometer to measure the temperatures of the fridge and freezer.
