The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced code compliance inspection on 06/26/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 06/12/24 for allegations regarding supervision. Interviews, record reviews, observations, and policy review were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint could not be substantiated.
