An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 24, 2024 from 4:10 PM--5:25 PM and concluded on January 24, 2024. . At the time of entrance, 8 children (age range 2 to age 10) totaling 9 points were in care with 1 provider. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records , 1 provider record and 1 household member record. Children were observed preparing for and participating in snack time and working on homework and reading books.
