Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. No daycare children were present today. One child was observed in care on April 15, 2024. 1 child and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Violations were discussed with the provider during the exit interview. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.

Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not practice emergency evacuation procedures monthly. Evidence: No Emergency evacuation drill was practiced in the month of April while a child was enrolled and present.
Plan of Correction:
An extra drill will be conducted in May. Drills will be done monthly when children are present.

Description:
Based on a review of records, one child's record did not contain documentation of parent's being provided in writing all of the required policies and procedures. Evidence: Child #1's record did not contain documentation of the Provisions of the Emergency Preparedness plan.
Plan of Correction:
I will have the parent sign the Provisions of the Emergency Preparedness plan form.
