An announced initial inspection was conducted on October 24, 2023 from 10:15 A.M.-11:30 A.M. The facility was toured and all indoor areas to be used for care were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included; available outdoor play space at a local park and church, field trip requirements, emergency evacuation map and procedures, student arrival and departure procedures, required posted information, first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies and one agent background check was reviewed.
A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license with a capacity of 56, serving children ages 5 years-12 years of age.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
