Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed by two inspectors from12:00 until 1:35. There were 15 children and 4 staff present. Six children?s records were reviewed. Children were observed walking from the playground to the classroom, eating lunch, washing hands, and during rest time.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and interview, the center did not have the latest violation notice posted. Evidence: The latest violation notice was not posted; the director verified it was not posted.
