Technical Assistance:
Discussed standards for children records, policies and procedures, emergency prepardness plan, and Daily Health Observation training.
Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on September 15, 2023, from approximately 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Space and equipment observed were appropriate for children ages 2 1/2 years- 8years The exit interview was conducted with the applicant. The inspection will be reviewed by administrator for license issuance.
Based on observation, the applicant did not ensure hazordous substance shall be kept in locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence: Cleaning chemicals were in a cabinet but were kept in a locked place. Confirmed by applicant.
Plan of Correction:
All substances will be removed from top cabinets. All handsanitizer and air freshners will be removed during school hours.

Description:
Based on observation and staff interview, the applicant did not ensure first aid kit contain all required supplies.
Evidence: First Aid Kit did not have triangular bandages . Confirmed by applicant .

The bandage will be ordered.
