Comments:
An unannounced mandated renewal inspection was completed on 4/25/24 from 11:10am until 12:30. There were 4 children present with two providers present for a total of 15 points. Four children?s records and three provider records were reviewed. Children were observed being fed a bottle, playing, washing hands and getting ready to eat lunch.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the provider did not have the required postings. Evidence: The most recent inspection was not posted.
