Comments:
An initial inspection was initiated on 10/5/2023 at approximately 10:05am and concluded on 10/5/2023 at approximately 11:20am. There were a total of 10 children (24 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: circle time, singing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 10 child records and 6 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
