This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 01/12/2024, between the hours of 10 am to 11:30 am. There were 3 preschool children present (6 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in the following: learning, centers within the classrooms, music, story time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, outside time, getting ready for lunch, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 3 children records, 1 household file, and 1 staff record was reviewed.
This inspection was a follow-up to the initial inspection conducted on 10/17/2023. All areas that were left undetermined from this previous inspection were reviewed. In addition, any violations cited during the initial study were reviewed. The information gathered during today's inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
