An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/11/2024 from 11:30am to 12:14pm. There were 3 (8mos to 18mos) directly supervised by 2 staff and 2 admin staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, there were no children's medications and medication authorization records on site, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed interacting with staff, diaper changing, eating a snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector.
