A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on (insert date) to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: Daily attendance record did not have arrival and departure times of children.
Plan of Correction:
Vendor will document time of arrival and departure on attendance record as it occurs for each child.
