An initial monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/28/2023.There were no children present. A total of 1 staff record and background checks for business entity individuals were reviewed. A total of 8 classrooms/indoor recreation space & the outdoor playground were checked and measured. Policies and procedures were reviewed. The center will not be providing transportation. The inspection started at 2 pm and concluded at 3:20 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
