A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/29/19 from 10:45 a.m. until 1:15 and on 09/05/2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 110 children in care with staff supervising and maintaining ratios at all times. The children were observed playing inside and outside, being read to, during a diaper change, being picked up by their guardians, and during lunch. Ten staff records and ten children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
