An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on May 22, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
