Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 27,2024, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, the written hard copy record of daily attendance did not document the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: 1. Child #2 and #3 were not documented on the attendance record. 2. The current attendance record did not include time of arrival for the 4 students present.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will update the form to include the time of arrival and departure.
