Two licensing staff conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 4/19/24. The investigation was initiated on 5/7/2024 and completed on 06/03/2024. The inspection was regarding Staffing and Supervision, Special Services, Administration, Programs. Two licensing staff were on site on 5/7/2024 from approximately 9:25AM to 11:50AM conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentations. On 5/16/2024, one licensing inspector was on site for approximately 11:30am-12pm reviewing additional documentation. On 06/03/2024, additional interviews were conducted.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
