An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 11:10am-12:45pm. There were no children present with the Provider today. The Provider's record was reviewed and found complete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with
ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of children. Emergency procedures, required postings, and First Aid/CPR certification was verified. All cribs found on site and meet the CPSC requirements. No violations were found today.
