A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 12, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:25 a.m. and 12:10 pm. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was a total of 19 children with 5 staff. The children were observed during outdoor play and napping. A total of 5 children records and 6 staff records were reviewed.There were 0 medications reviewed on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
