+Injury reporting (outside medical attention required) and documentation;

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 12/14/2024 from 10:05 am - 12:25 pm with the program director and director of child development.
There were no children in care as the program is not yet operational.
While all areas of the CDC standards were reviewed during this initial inspection, the following areas could not be determined as there are no children in care:
*Care of children;
*Staffing and supervision;
*Program & activities;
*Hand washing, diapering, emergency procedures and food services.
No violations were noted at this inspection.
