A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on July 1, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:50am and ended at 11:59am. There were 2 caregivers with 2 children in one (1) room at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with various age appropriate toys and materials, and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and outside area were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
