Discussed with the provider that each infant shall have their own crib, so if more than one infant will be enrolled, additional cribs will need to be purchased.

An unannounced modification inspection was conducted on 6/4/24 from 9:40am to 10:55am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection and a subsidy inspection. The inspection was a result of a modification request by the program to begin caring for children from birth through 12-years. The provider has purchased the necessary supplies to care for the age and a recommendation will be made to approve the request.
