Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 4/19/2024. Inspector arrived at 1:00pm and concluded the inspection at 2:20pm. There were no children present during the inspection. Measurements were taken during the inspection. Corrections were made to the Inspection summary after review with Licensing Administrator.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, the center failed to provide emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place procedure, or maps shall be posted in a location conspicuous to staff and children in the building.
Evidence:
During the inspection, the provider did not have emergency evacuation, shelter in place procedures or maps posted in the center.
Plan of Correction:
Will add emergency maps as soon as possible.
