An unannounced inspection was initiated on April 19, 2024, in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on April 16, 2024, regarding allegations of staffing and supervision. On April 19, 2024, the inspector was on site from approximately 9:00 AM until 11:45 AM. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
