LI and provider discussed obtaining more supplies and activities for the age ranges that she would like to provide care for.
Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on March 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 10:44 a.m. with the voluntarily registered provider. There were no children in care during the inspection and the provider reports that there are currently no children enrolled. The provider?s record was reviewed and was in compliance. Four household member?s record was reviewed and in compliance. The Health and Safety Checklist was reviewed with the provider.

Based on review of the Voluntary Registered Health and Safety check list and provider interview, the provider did not have all of the required items listed on the checklist. Evidence: The provider did not have a first aid kit.,
