Comments:
An announced mandated initial inspection was conducted on April 11, 2024 from 1:00pm-2:15pm. There were no children in care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total 1 staff record and 1 household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the provider did not have an operable thermometer available to monitor the refrigerator and freezer compartment temperatures.
