Comments:
An unannounced initial inspection was conducted with the provider. There are no children enrolled at this time. There was ample space, supplies and equipment for the requested age range. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the provider had no refrigerator thermometer to keep track to ensure that the refrigerator temperature is maintained at 40 degrees F or below.
Plan of Correction:
I will buy a refrigerator thermometer.
