Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted Monday, March 25, 2024 between the hours of 9:50am - 11:45am. There were no children in care during the time of inspection. The family day home was observed for adequate supplies, activities, and equipment for the ages of children requested for licensure. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain all required items. Evidence: 1) The first aid kit did not contain tweezers, thermometer, or first aid instructional manual.
