An announced initial inspection was conducted on 3/27/24 from 10:30am to 11:30am. There was one child, age 8 months (4 points), present with the provider and one assistant. The child was observed napping, waking up from nap, having outdoor time, eating, and engaging with caregivers throughout the inspection. The licensing inspector and voluntarily registered provider discussed the Health and Safety Checklist. A complete inspection of the programming space, outdoor space, emergency procedures, menu, attendance, and required postings was conducted. A total of 1 child record, 2 caregiver records, and 2 household member records were inspected and found to be in compliance. Inspection of the crib on site was completed and determined to the meet the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the programming space was clean and organized. No violations were found during this initial inspection.
