Comments:
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/22/2024 and the inspection concluded on 5/22/2024, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:10 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five childrens records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that cribs, cots, rest mats, and beds shall be identified for use by a specific child.
Evidence: The cots in the center were not labeled for use by a specific child.
