An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 9:50 to 10:40. The provider and her husband were present as well as two of the providers children. Reviewed the physical plant as well as the paperwork the provider will use and background checks. Discussed point system and enrollment of children. The provider does not have children in care at this time. Reviewed the paperwork for household members as well as two family members who do live in the home, but visits. The provider is ready, lots of supplies and space for the children.
