An initial inspection was initiated on April 24, 2024, at approximately 8:20 AM to 9:00 AM. There were no children in attendance. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical health of caregivers and household members, caregiver training, physical equipment and environment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, medication administration, emergencies, nutrition, and transportation. A total of one caregiver record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
