An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/10/2024 and completed on 7/10/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 7/1/2024 relating to ratio. This inspection included-

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on (date). A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
The center did not ensure that groups of school age children maintained a staff to child ratio of 1:18 when children ages 5-8 years are present. Staff 1 and Staff 2 stated that only 1 staff member was with a group of 20 children outside for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will ensure staff maintain staff to child ratios.
