A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on June 10, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 12:05pm. There were 9 staff with 31 children in 5 classrooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed playing on the playground, playing with various manipulatives, sleeping, being fed, and listening to a story. Staff and children's files, and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Please email any questions to the license inspector at sheila.nelson@doe.virginia.gov.
