An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 9:20am-10:15am. There were no children present with the Provider today. The Provider's record and 1 household members record was reviewed and found complete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of
