An announced initial inspection was conducted on June 3, 2024 from 4:00 P.M.-5:15 P.M. The facility was toured and space measured for all areas to be used for capacity. Some items reviewed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation procedures, emergency plan, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, and five agent background checks.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license with a capacity of 350 serving children ages 5 years-12 years of age.
