Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:30am. There were 2 children in care at the time. The home, staff record, household member?s record, evacuation drill procedures, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, play pens were used for designated sleep area.
Evidence:
Child A 9 months old did not have a crib available for naptime.
Plan of Correction:
I will buy a crib tonight and send information.
