An announced initial inspection was June 11, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews,observations, and measurements.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
