A initial inspection was initiated on 7/12/2024 and concluded on 7/12/2024. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Several standards are undetermined due to not being fully operational at this time. The provider has a plan to be in compliance with all standards at the time of licensure. Two staff/HHM records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:30 am and concluded at 10:50 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
