An unannounced inspection was conducted on February 20, 2020 regarding a self-reported incident which was received in the Valley Licensing Office on February 11, 2020. The on-site inspection was conducted from 3:20 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. At the time of arrival there were 53 children present and in the care of 14 staff members with one extra staff member available to assist when needed. There were 64 children enrolled in the center. Four staff members were interviewed and two classrooms were observed. Two staff records were updated and one child's record was reviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standards found.
