Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 22, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. There were twenty-six children in care with five staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Five children records were reviewed. Seven staff records were reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: free choice activity, art/crafts, hand washing/diapering procedures and group time. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
