An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/18/2023. This inspection was focused on main area(s) of previous non compliance in the areas of operational responsibilities, record keeping, supervision of children, and staff-to-child ratio requirements. Observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. There were 33 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
