This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on March 2, 2021. The inspector and representative from a local agency were onsite approximately 11:00am until 12:45pm. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of forbidden action. The director assisted with the investigation. While onsite documentation was reviewed, observation were conducted and interview with staff were completed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
