A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on September 26, 2023. The inspection began at 9:15am and concluded at 10:55am. There were 23 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of staff records, the center failed to ensure that all staff had current certification in CPR. Evidence: 1. Staff #2's CPR certification expired on 3/12/2023. 2. Administration verified that the CPR certification was expired.
