Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:30 am- 12:15 pm. There were a total of 77 children with 14 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during fingerpainting, handwashing, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Based on observation. each restroom area provided for children was not equipped with disposable towels. Evidence: 1. In the Two year-old classroom, the restroom area was not equipped with disposable paper towels at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
At the time of the inspection, paper towels were immediately placed in the paper towel dispenser.
