An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 6/11/2020 and 6/12/2020 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 06/10/2020. Interviews were conducted with staff and and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
