Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on July 21, 2021, and concluded on July 22, 2021, approximately 10:15 am to 11:20 am. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 77 children present, ranging in ages from infants to 5 years old, with 20 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff records review, the center did not obtain documentation of program leaders who are at least 18 yeas of age, have fulfilled a high school program completion or the equivalent. Evidence: Staff #2 and Staff #4 did not have documentation f program leaders w have fulfilled a high school program completion or equivalent in record to review during the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
We will collect the lead teachers paperwork and have it added to their files
