A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 3/2/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children eating lunch (fish sandwich, chicken noddle soup, applesauce and milk), transitioning to rest time, reading and returning from a field trip to the local library. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
