Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:50am-10:30am and on 11/10/2019 from approximately 11am-1:30pm. There were 110 children in the direct care and supervision of 30 staff. A sample of 10 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating breakfast, choosing helpers, singing, brushing their teeth, washing their hands, learning about 5 senses, and engaged with staff. Two new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the Human Resources. Description:
Based on observation, electrical outlets did not have protective covers.
Evidence: 1. There were 15 uncovered outlets in the gym. 2. There were 10 uncovered outlets in the bathroom connected to the gym. 3. The Candlewick Class, The Harmony Class and The Confetti class were in the gym playing.

We will cover them all with protective covers.

Description:
Based on observation, medication was not properly labeled.
Evidence: The medication of Child D was missing the physicians prescription label, name on box, and dosage instructions.

I copied the information and discarded the paperwork, I will keep it for next time.
